Would you like to help us put on this year's Rochester Omnium? The hours are long and the pay stinks, but it's both fun and rewarding to be a part of this event!
As a volunteer you will be clothed and fed, riders and spectators will walk up to you to say thanks, and best of all you'll be more attractive to members of the opposite persuasion!
There are many specific tasks related to the production of the Rochester Omnium. If you have any particular talents or interests, please let us know and we will try to accommodate.
Safety First
Our number one goal is to create a safe environment for all involved - riders, spectators, and of course YOU!
That being said, our biggest concern is making sure that spectators cross the course only at designated crosswalks that are supervised by course marshals. This task is possibly only if we have enough volunteers to tell the spectators where and when to cross.
